European Privacy Expert Training Course 24 hours

The course is designed to enable participants to determine what the general responsibilities of a Data Controller are for the processing of personal data that they have carried out themselves or that others have carried out on their behalf. Participants will be able to assess the proper awareness and appropriate and effective procedures that the Data Controller should put in place to assess and prevent processing-related risks. Methodologies for objectively assessing the likelihood and severity of risk in order to mitigate its possible effects will be explored. Techniques for enhancing compliance with the Regulation will be analyzed if the processing presents a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. The methods for conducting a proper impact assessment (DPIA) in order to determine the particularity and severity of the risk. And again...the treatment register and audit investigation methodologies.

The course will be held ONLINE, on the GoToMeeting platform.

The course is part of the European Privacy Expert pathway (16+24 hours) preparatory and qualified inVeo for registration in the register of European Privacy Auditor/Lead Auditor qualified for the ISDP©10003 scheme and privacy assessor according to the UNI 11697:2017 standard with obtaining the relevant AICQ-SICEV certifications.

The qualification of the course
